I had temperature of 94.6 at 3pm and at 7 my body temperature was at 98.2 but I felt heat in my body. Next day my body temperature was at 97.2 and later on 96.1. And I cough like 2 times in a day. Do I need to take test for Covid?

Don't panic, temperature when it touches 100 degree is considered as fever.. drink plenty of fluids,salt water gargling, eat balanced diet, sleep minimum 8 hours at night.. if any symptoms persist consult online
