Need help with mri scan results
The attached are my father's MRI report.
He is 74yrs old with a PSA of 8.5.
His Uroflometry results came normal as well as urine routine.
On DRE, doctor felt a nodule for which he suggested MRI.
Kindly suggest what is the possibility of it being cancerous and what are the next steps.
Mri suggest lesion in prostate higher probability of cancer of prostate . Need to confirm by doing biopsy . On seeing psa less likely chances of advanced disease . Can be cured completely
