Need help with allergy

My wife has been having some sort of allergy for sometime now. Initially she would have rashes on the skin which don't show up these days. But she has more runny nose and cough now. Recently got her AEC done count was 414. IgE count was 376.97. Need to connect with a GP/ Allergy specialist who can help with possibly diagnosing the root cause and help with long term control and relief.
