Need Help regarding pregnancy

Hi Everyone, I have my periods due on 6th of june & it's been 3 days late. Currently i am trying to conceive so i took pregnancy test at home & it negative. From 2-3 days i have some digestion issue like burp after eating food & pain in upper stomach. Few months back my sgot & sgpt level got increased & i faced the same issues of digestion which now days i am facing. can be it also symptom of early pregnancy?
