Need help regarding consulting doctor

My mom is having stiff pain in a vein(not sure its vein or tissue) from ear to near heart. Have consulted with cardiologist and as suggested she has gone through angiogram,ecg etc. but everything came out to be clear but the pain is still there and she feels breathlessness on climbing stairs or walking fast. Please help and suggest which specialist i should take her for consultation.
