My sister in law is behaved liked 13 years old child but her age is 25 years.which speciality of doctor should i consult to make her normal and independent.

Ypu need to visit a clinical psychologist.Who along with neuro cognitive behavioural profile also assess the metal health of your sister in law after diagnosis proper treatment plan can be followed.
