The products you need depend on your skin type. Use a sunscreen regularly. Use mild cleanser like cetaphil. Use a moisturizer twice a day if needed. You can try using cetaphil moisturizer or anything that is fragrance and paraben free.

Hello dear. Whatever be your skin type, you need to have two things always at hand. 1) Sunscreen and 2) Moisturiser Canada is a very cold, dry country climate wise. Lots of ice means double or triple UV radiation. Always wear a medicated sunscreen

Hello Firstly It is important to know your skin type. There is oily, dry and combination skin types . Products should be used according to skin types , climate , age and skin concerns . As a regular skin care, you need to use a sunscreen in the morning (SPF 30 or above), a gentle face wash and a night moisturiser. Here are some chemical ingredients that could suit all skin types in a moisturiser- hyaluronic acid, glycerin, retinol. Avoid products with paraben , sulfates and fragrances . You can check for the preferred brands in Canada.
