Hello i've attached the pictures of my reports which i have done recently!! Kindly tell me is it serious? P.s:- my height is 6"3 and my weight is 131kgs. Is it because of that my reports are not normal? Please answer in simple language. Thanks in advance.

Please share details of your problem. Liver enzymes are high, indicating active liver disease. Get abdominal ultrasound done  and also tests of hepatitis B  and c and share results. Take fat free,  diet, avoid alcohol and sugary foods. You seem overweight as well, reduce your weight by diet and regular physical exercise.
