Need consultation on lipid profile test

I did a lipid profile test and need a consultation on that report. I had knee surgery in September 2023 due to an accident, and I am at home only after the accident. Also, I gained some weight during this period, and I also have a family history of cardiology. My father had an angioplasty in 2021. So that's why I did a lipid profile test. I have attached the report. Please give me some advice. Age :24 Weight: 95 Height: 5.11
