Need Ayurvedic treatment

Hello Doctor, I am uncircumcised and my glans has remained exposed all the time, even in flaccid case also. I feel some tightness in the foreskin behind the glans, and it does not move. Currently, there is no significant swelling, severe pain, discoloration, or difficulty urinating. I feel uncomfortable with the glans being exposed and would like to know whether the foreskin can safely return to covering the glans naturally. Could this be phimosis, paraphimosis, a short frenulum, inflammation, scarring, or another condition? I have attached photos for reference. Could you please advise whether I need an in-person examination and whether any non-surgical treatment can restore normal foreskin movement? I would also like to know if any Ayurvedic medicine has evidence for helping with this problem, or whether conventional treatment such as a prescribed cream would be more appropriate. Thank you.

Hello. I have reviewed your case description and attached photos. Based on the mechanical entrapment of the foreskin behind the glans, this condition is clinically known as Paraphimosis (closely correlated with 'Parivartika' in Ayurvedic Shalya Tantra). As an online consultant, I must inform you that this is a structural/physical issue that cannot be treated or reversed through oral medications (Ayurvedic or conventional) or topical creams alone.         The trapped foreskin forms a tight constricting ring that physically restricts normal movement. Forcing the skin back yourself at home is strictly discouraged as it can lead to severe tissue damage or trap the blood supply.
Next Steps
* In-Person Specialist Visit Required: You need an immediate in-person physical examination. Please consult a local Urologist or an Ayurvedic Surgeon (Shalya Tantra Specialist) in your city today. * Physical Intervention: The specialist will perform a safe manual reduction (lubricating and gently sliding the skin back) or may suggest a minor surgical procedure (like Circumcision/Chedana Karma) if there is underlying scarring. * Do not delay: Even though you do not have severe pain right now, mechanical entrapment should not be left untreated.
