I  got hit by car 55 days ago has done 6 weeks of immobilization after that this MRI was taken . Kindly guide me what should i do next to regain my knee as strong as before injury it was. IMPRESSION: PAST H/0 TRAUMA MRI REVEAL -. GRADE I/ SPRAIN TEAR ACL. .MILD JOINT EFFUSION WITH SUPRAPATELLAR EXTENSION. .GRADE II/PARTIAL THICKNESS TEAR PCL WITH BUCKLING (MID AND LOWER THIRD),. GRADE I TEAR MEDIAL COLLATERAL LIGAMENT IN PROXIMAL. THIRD AND NEAR  Femoral attachment .BONY  CONTUSIONS POSTEROLATERAL ASPECT OF LATERAL FEMORAL CONDYLE, B|L TIBIAL, PALATEU LATERAL > MEDIAL AND HEAD OF FIBULA .MILD PERIARTICULAR SUBCUTANEOUS ODEMA MORE ALONG ANTEROMEDIAL ASPECT
