I have symptoms from 12 may as a dry cough and have fever from 14 may. Got tested 16 may and result got 19 may. What is my isolation period? How to count?

14 -21 days from the day of first symptoms. As in your case isolation till anywhere between  may 26 to June 2. Depends on your status. If you become symptom free by 14 days you can stop isolation.

10 days form onset of symptoms is considered as adequate isolation period as the virus does not survive for more than 9 days. But to be on a safer side 14 days isolation is adequate. Also if you are fever free for 3 days you can consider yourself as negative
