Need advice to choose hip implant

I'm suffering from AVN in both hips. I have consulted many doctors and all have suggested to get bilateral THR done. But all have different views about choosing the implant, so I'm very confused. Please advise me to choose the implant. Ceramic on ceramic Ceramic on poly Dual Mobility Since I am young, hoping to regain maximum movements and have pregnancy plans too post surgery. Kindly provide your feedback with some details. 🙏 Thank you.
