Good evening doctor, just a question, does ashwagandha capsule and cod liver oil capsule can also be the reason for the gum swelling n bleeding? I'm taking it for a couple of months.

Gum swelling is not related to capsules you mentioned. Get your teeth cleaned by a dentist. Get xray of swollen area of gums.based on that either periodontal therapy or rct has to be done. You can consult through this for further information.

Good morning !!! ..Dear practo user ...there is no study as such showing relation between gum swelling/bleeding and these ayurvedic capsules.
But the there could be other reasons for these problems...first we have to rule out those ones
