Need a second advice on diagnosis

I need a second opinion on the attached diagnosis. The doctor says I have cataract in both eyes. Also, wanted to know what would be the charges for the operation if surgery has to be done.

Hi There are many diagnosis to decreased vision...To get the correct diagnosis better to visit an ophthalmologist and get a full eye check up including retina..

Hi... On the report,  it is not mentioned. But there is decrease in vision,  so may be cataract as it is the most common cause. In case u would like to visit ..you can check with us ..
