Hi, I was on sick leave from past 3 days. I did self medication. Now the Company is asking for medical certificate. Can you help me with the same.

No one may be able to help you. You treated yourself by self medication. Surely there will be no documentation in the OPD register of the Doctor's Clinic. Medical Record has to be there in each case.
