Hi Doctor, I am a diabetic for past 1.5 years now with current sugar level 280 Fasting. I am taking Glycomet SR 1000mg as was indicated by one of the doctors. I need to know a complete diet plan and medication changes if any. We eat mostly steamed rice being south Indians.

current statement is insufficient  to decimate sugar level personal sitting with a dietitian medication twice a day along with daily exercise and counselling
