Neck turning black

Hello Doctor From past couple of years my neck is turning black...I'm trying some home remedies to maintain it but it's not working. And adding to this, I'm getting small hair near chin area. I tried to remove those with razor, but they grew back with thickness. I stopped removing them, but still hair is there it's not going. Could you please help me with some creams for both these issues. Thank you

This could be acanthosis nigricans which presents as dark velvety thickening of skin around neck. It's most common causes are obesity and insulin resistance. Both of the conditions can be due to hormonal imbalances. Detail history and laboratory tests are needed.
Next Steps
