Usually enlarged tubercular lymph nodes decrease in size rapidly once the tuberculosis treatment is started. If they are increasing in size it means either diagnosis is wrong or tuberculosis is resistant to drugs which are being used. Biopsy of the lymph nodes may be necessary
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
