Hi I have neck stiffness some times due to which I feel uneasiness. When I stand sometimes I feel dizziness for a second or so..tried neck exercise but when I do tht again stiffness and uneasiness.I suffer from mild acidity problem. Please suggest me...

That may be due to upper cervical vertebrae dysfunctional... you should go for Physiotherapy esp. Hot pack followed by Mulligan manual therapy etc. But 1st physiotherapist must asses what is the exactly prob. & what all should be given. I am far and we are connected through online only. Regards.
