Hi..I am daily struggle with neck,shoulder back and leg pains..even hands.. I get headache regularly.. Please suggest how to proceed to cure and rectify my issues. Because of these I am not able to actively do office work .. Thank you Anilkumar

This may be due to muscular problem, flexibility problem,consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated, he will suggest for physiotherapy
