Cervical lymph node enlargement is very common during or after viral upper respiratory tract infection. Especially in your case infra auricular and posterior group of nodes gets enlarged frequently. Unless they are more than 1 cms there is no need to worry. You can get fine needle aspiration cytology of the nodes to confirm the diagnosis
