Hello, I really want you to tell me about more symptoms other than the neck stiffness. Check for Fever and Pain. Do you have any Weakness along with the neck stiffness. Also can you palpate around your neck region for any swelling around the same. If these symptoms are not present there is nothing to be worried about. If there any other specific symptom that you have to tell us about, I believe you should. If everything is clear. It is mostly a sprain around the neck region which can be cured with a muscle relaxant.
