I have been suffering from neck and back pain for last two years. I am continuously doing exercise and therapy. Now my back pain is fine but neck pain is getting worse. After doing 1 hour of exercise daily, it gives me relief at that time only. After that it starts paining.
I work in IT so have a sitting job.
