Physiotherapy: Intermittent pelvic traction (8-10kgs,12 minutes)for three days along with interferential therapy(IFT) for the neck region,this would relieve the irritable neural tension in your neck and you will gain some flexibilty. after this u can switch to intermittent cervical traction(ICT) with 4 kgs weight,10 minutes, along with IFT,wax therapy can be given over the neck region, continue this for one week
