So, I was playing around with my kid on the bed and I fell back landing on my neck from about 3 ft. Very sever pain for about a month. It has now been 6 months and still having pain, but not as severe. However, if I bend my neck back/chin up it’s a horrible pain that I can only describe as my spine feels like it’s being compressed like an accordion. And recently I have been experiencing pins in needles around shoulder area. What could this be?

It could be some compressive myelopathy

Please take mri of cervical.spine to see if it has affected the spinal cord
