Doctor, Right side of my neck pains from last 1 year. Doctor says its a nerve problem. i've been doing neck exercises since 6 months. will it be better by IFT or Ultrasonic physiotherapy? does is has side-effects?

There are no side effect for IFT and ultrasound ( these only supports the treatment), however if pain is coming again and again, you need to change the exercises or posture (may be faulty). Ask your physio for proper evaluation report. Or you may contact me for appointment.
