I have thryoid problem so that the prblm causes due to pains and vertigo, or spinal nerves prblm please help me..what type of treatment suitable for these prblm?

Your question is unclear are you trying to say that you have thyroid from vertigo or the other way round just to be clear thyroid doesn't causes vertigo or spinal nerves problems and not even vice versa. Treatment for hypo and hyper thyroid is totally different and you need to meet an endocrinologist for the same. For vertigo and nerves issues you should see a neurologist
