Hello. According to your symptoms it's clear that u were having neck pain for a very long time and now a nerve is getting impinged in the neck which is leading to tingling sensation. Impingement is the sole reason for ur left leg pain too.
Next Steps
I feel u should see an orthopaedician or a physiotherapist as a priority.. Becoz just using cervical pillow will not cure u

Detail evaluation is necessary for this matter. It could me muscular spasm with trigger points.  Also there could be some nerve compression.
