Hi, Feeling this neck and upper shoulder pain for the last 20 days or so , after consultation with a neuro physician ,advised for MRI and given some medicine s like pain killer and muscle relaxers and also visit ed an orthopedic who advised to do some workout and painkiller with muscle relaxer need a genuine advice ..

Hi...You should start with proper physiotherapy(Electrotherapy+Exercise therapy+Manual therapy). Regards.
