Navicular chip fracture

Hi.. I have met with an accident 2 months back and got navicular fracture in my left leg... After initial treatment..the doc suggested POP..I left to my hometown... But there the doc said POP is not required and can be cured with crepe bandage... But after 2 months also the fracture still persists... Could someone advice what treatment to be taken.
