For about 3 months I've been constantly feeling tired and randomly nauseous and everytime I take a bath I feel light headed super nauseous tunnel blurry vision and like I'm going to pass out. I'm in school for medical assistant so I know a little bit of stuff but I can't exactly pin point what's going on with me. I'm on no medication and have no current health problems and I'm only 21.

I would advise you to get evaluated by a physician at the nearest ER so as to evaluate a few parameters such as your blood routine(to check your hemoglobin and platelet levels), blood pressure and sugar levels. You may require further investigations to have a proper idea on what ails you. Have a proper healthy diet and do not skip meals
