Nausea, gap of 2months in Menstruation

I also checked pragnancy test and it showed positive result but i didnt checked my 1st urine of morning ,according to prescription,and i did my last intercourse by taking i pill contraception. Then also it happened.am i seriously pragnent?if yes what should i do now.i am only 18 and from very conservative family. They gonna kill me
