Nausea, faint line on pregnancy test

Hi doc, I am 1 month and 6days delayed now. Im experiencing nausea, my nipples are sore, also my sensitivity to smell increases. I am worried if I am pregnant or not. I tested using Home preg kit 3x already and it all showed faint line on the test line. The faint line appeared when the urine flows to the test pad, less than 2-3 minutes. Please help me know the answer cause im afraid of the result. Thank you.
