I have very intense nausea and stomach pain during periods.Please let me know if there is anyway I can prevent nausea.It makes me feel very sick.

Intense nausea during periods may be due to hormonal changes or due to hyper acidity , some times it may be due to pelvic inflammatory process. Better you consult your gynecologist.
