From past 5 to 6 days I have nausea while lying down or I sit in car and dizziness if I walk and calf pain and numbness in my hands and legs comes and goes yesterday I did blood check please find report I drink lot of water and taking zincovit 8 mg from 2 months

Report is normal . Do you drive a lot ? Get vit d3 test done Use tab.neurokind lc 0nce a day X Ray of the c spine al lateral
