I have been feeling nauseous, queasy and very light headed for last 3 days. There is some indigestion. I was constipated for a day but dulcoflex helped still the nauseous and light headed feeling isn't going. What could be the reason?

The symptoms suggest either viral gastroenteritis or functional dyspepsia. The combination of nausea, lightheadedness, and digestive symptoms is common in gastroenteritis. The constipation that improved with dulcolax indicates underlying gut motility issues. Immediate Steps Stay well hydrated with clear fluids, taken 30-60 minutes before or after meals Foods to Include Small, frequent meals of bland, low-fat foods Clear broths and soups Starchy foods like rice, potatoes, or plain noodles Crackers and toast Foods to Avoid Greasy or fried foods Very sweet foods Large meals Hot, strongly flavored foods Don't lie down for 2 hours after eating Eat meals slowly in a cool, well-ventilated space Stay hydrated with clear fluids and electrolyte solutions if needed
Health Tips
If symptoms worsen or you develop severe lightheadedness, persistent vomiting, or inability to keep fluids down, please seek immediate medical attention....
