Feeling nausea , dizziness and with body ache increasing at night, occasional headache  for 5 days. Mild fever.Taking rest or having paracetamol is not helping.

Hello, INJ emset one ample I'm state followed by Tab emset4 mg three times a day after food or as required. Tab VERTIN24 mg at night for seven days. Tab sibelium 10mg ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS after food. Put ear plugor cotton plugdipped in glycerin superficially.ok.

just go for widal,cbc,checkup these all are the symptoms can find in any disease or go to general physician for proper checkup and investigation
