Nausea all day, headache, diarrhea

Ive been having a lot of nausea throughout the day-.. along with a headache/migraine.. been going on a few weeks.. this past week its been accompanied by watery diarrhea. Definitely not pregnant, not food poisoning. I'm not sure what is going on. i just know my stomach hurts a bit and i feel like i could vomit at anytime, but don't. help please.
