Could you please tell whether it is harmful and please translate "MICROSCOPIC APPEARANCE REVEALED STRUCTURE OF BREAST WITH TUMOUR TISSUE COMPRISED OF PROLIFERATING DUCTAL CELLS IN SHEETS TRABECULAE NESTS WITH FEATURES OF MALIGNANCY INFILTRATION TUMOUR NECROSIS. IMPRESSION: CONSISTENT WITH INFILTRATING DUCT CELL CARCINOMA"
