Is it  possible to conceive naturally with 9 million sperm count with good morphology and motility.? What is the success rate with iui?

The count is low. I would not say that it's impossible to concieve naturally but the chances are very less. It's better to try with treatment. Iui success rates are also low with lesser counts. Might need ivf eventually.
