Natural conception after Hsg Test

Hello doctor, I am 31 year old trying for pregnancy since last 1 year. I am having amh level of 0.40. I have also done hsg test this month on my 7 day and both tubes are open. I am also doing ovalution study in which both ovaries show 1-1 egg with around 13 mm on day 9 My question is can i conceive naturally this month.
