I was using Septogard (a natural antibiotic) with my pil. A week after I finished the antibiotics I had intercourse with my partner. I have not missed a pil. Should I be worried of being pregnant? Could the Septogard cause my pil not to work?

No it is not like that.You are completely safe because using pills.Donot worry about pregnancy .If more doubt do pregnancy test on 25 th day of period by Bhcg. It is confirmatory test . Negative means no pregnancy .
