From many years having problem of nadal pollips n blocked nose from  time to time. Is thete yny meficine n spray fornadal pollips. Want to avoid steriods.

If you want to avoid oral steroids get polyps removed surgically and keep recurrence low by steroid nasal wash and immunotherapy

Nasal polyposis for longer duration is mostly due to inflammation of mucosa of nose and sinuses that produces increased secretion. Thus the main treatment for nasal polyposis is either medical or surgical polypectomy. Medical polypectomy includes tittering dose of steroid. Apart from these temporary relief can be given by decongestants nasal drop for 5 days maximum.
