Nasal congestion due to smells

My mother has a nasal congestion which results in having sensitive nose. Whenever she gets this congestion she gets smell from everything which also triggers the feeling of vomiting (but vomit doesn't actually come just post nasal drip). Please help

She might be allergic to something. She is overweight as per her height. Please keep a watch on her BP and sugar first. Advise:- Steam inhalation twice a day Warm water and salt gargling Tab.Albendazole 400mg in night Anti allergic medications Nasal drop sos
