Nasal bone is unossified 12 weeks

I am 12 weeks 5 days pregnant my report today says nasal bone of the baby is unossified. What problem that means. I am really worried. Since sonologist took the scan I need to wait to see the doctor. Also I am having gum infection . can I consult dentist and take dental x-ray. NT - 2.2mm Report attached
