  4. Nasal block. But i want an alternative.

I have been having nasal block. After consulting with ENT DOCTOR, i have nasal septum deviation and growth. Required surgery but i want an alternative.

The only alternative is to use nasal drops like otrivin.  This will open up the sinuses and you can do steam inhalation also which will help.
