Tomorrow my baby is suffering from nasal bleeding, 2min the bleeding occurred after I sprayed nasal saline then baby vomiting, in vomit there is some blood found. 2nd time it won't happen.

Its common to have blood in vomitus after nasal bleeding as it is the swallowed blood which comes out with vomiting Nose bleed is common due to nose picking habits or excess drying and crusting Frequent episodes needs ENT evaluation
