I am a patient of IBS . Most of the time stool is semi solid but occasionally hard inspite of passing stool regularly. And for one time hard stool severe anal fissure occurs for me. I took many treatment but no fruitful results. Now I am in totally diet restriction and under no treatment. Now my condition is good. But I always apprehense about getting hard stool because hard stool for me means severe painful Anal fissure.
