What is the name of 3rd drug and what is it's therapeutic use? Do any of the medicine decreases concentration , if yes what should be the solution?

It’s not clear. It would be helpful if the original name of the medicine is told. Fleptor is some company name. Just look at the content of medicine and tell. Haven’t heard of any drug called fleptor
